Sink Hero offers garbage disposal replacement kits ("DIY Kits") and professional installation services ("Done-For-Me" or "DIFM"). Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM local time (subject to availability and location). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Installation Services

Professional installation is performed by independent, third-party service providers (plumbers/handymen). Sink Hero facilitates the connection between you and the service provider but is not the employer or agent of any installer. The installation fee is fixed at $180 and is included in the DIFM price. Sink Hero is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent service providers.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all DIY Kits. To initiate a return:

Installation fees for DIFM services are non-refundable once the installation has been completed.

7. Warranty

All Sink Hero disposal units come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation (for DIY customers), or normal wear and tear. Contact [email protected] for warranty claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sink Hero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
